After asking questions on what I wanted, she sent over detailed idea lists including photos so I could really envision what the party would come to be. She made changes to things I requested in a timely manner and made me feel so at ease during the whole process and especially on the day of the party.

She has such a calm demeanor about her that really made me a lot less stressed during the set up. She arrived with plenty of time for set up and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before she left! 10/10 experience working with Kelab Events.

While planning the event, there was always open communication between me, the venue, and Kelly. On the day of the event, Kelly was my point person and also the event manager's point person.

We used Kelab for two weeks of coordination before our wedding, and I couldn't recommend that enough!

Through a phone call on what we were thinking and what was important to us for the day of, they created a very detailed timeline that I never would have been able to come up with myself. They also handled all vendor communications for the day, which was so helpful to not have to worry about.

On our wedding day, I was so appreciative that we didn't have to ask any friends or family to help us carry things around the city for our (cold) outdoor photos because we had Kelab with us to help.
